Iodum. Great excitation of the nervous system. Pulsation throughout the body, increased by the slightest exertion. Trembling in limbs. Greatest weakness. The patient sweats even while talking. Atrophy and exhaustion increase until the patient turns into a skeleton (with a good appetite). Atrophy of the glandular tissue (mammary glands, testicles and thyroid gland). Edema of various localization, maybe even anasarca. Rough, dry or clammy with sweat, damp skin.
Calcarea fluorica. The glands are enlarged and hard as stone. Health anxiety. Woe. Fear of poverty. Weakness of the connective tissue. Understanding, but indecision. Tendency to form colloidal scars. Flushes of heat. In lack of tooth enamel, teeth easily crumble. Fibromas and neoplasms are solid. Arthritis. Pain in joints, ameliorated by heat and motion. Rachiocampsis. Ravenous appetite with cachexia. Slow and lazy. Varicose veins and ulcers,
Bromium. Spasm of the glottis. The face is blue. Seizures. Croup. The child suddenly wakes up from suffocation. Tonsillitis in diathetic children. Enlargement of the thyroid gland. Coryza with copious, watery, irritating discharge. Burning pain in the circumference of the wings of the nose. Ulcers with crusts and bloody scabs.
