Dirty white coating on left tonsil. The tongue at the root is covered with a dirty yellow coating. Dark blood oozes from the nose. There is swelling around the carbuncle and pus forms very slowly.
Acidum nitricum. Irritant nasal discharge. Soreness of nostrils and lips. Severe loss of strength. Diphtheria. Throat sore and covered with films. Films of dark or yellow-white color with a nasty smell. Mouth covered with ulcers. Ulcers on the inside of the cheeks. The saliva is watery and very acrid. Vomiting of ingested food.
Rhus toxicodendron. Eruption dark red and great bodily restlessness. Sluggish course of the disease. Miliary eruption (Hyoscyamus, Stramonium, Bryonia and Lachesis).
The child is sleepy and restless. The tongue is red, smooth and glossy. The throat is dark red. The cervical lymph glands are enlarged and suppurate. The skin is dark red or bluish. Brad is quiet. The secretions are acrid. The cervical and axillary glands are enlarged.

The eyes are inflamed. When the rash disappears, cerebral symptoms appear. The child is sleepy. The face is pale.
Twitching of the muscles of the face, eyes and mouth. Every movement hurts. Meningitis follows after the disappearance of the scarlatina or measles rash. Inflammation of the membranes of the brain and spinal cord. Pleurisy. Peritonitis. Inflammation of the serous membranes with effusion.
Sharp stitching pains, worse from any movement. The patient is calm, lies on the affected side. The child suddenly screams. Sharp, stitching pains when the child moves. Strabismus. Constipation. The abdomen is distended.
Arsenicum. Scarlet fever, when the eruption faintly protrudes. Convulsions and stupor. The restless child groans. Suppuration of the parotid gland (Rhus).
Aconitum. Scarlatina rash. Clear red rashes. Tearing pains in legs and toes. The skin is dry, hot. Traces of injections, as from needles. Red dots. Legs do not bend after hypothermia.
Better from cold water. Dry, barking cough. Worse in the evening and at night. Measles. Eyes red, can’t stand light. Worse on rising from bed. Hoarseness of voice. Jaundice during pregnancy.
Calcarea ostrearum. With scarlet fever, the parotid salivary glands become inflamed. The rash is back. The face is swollen and pale.
Zincum. Scarlet fever or measles when the rash does not appear. Pain in the ovaries is relieved during menstruation. Asthma with great chest tightness (Cadmium sulphuricum. Kali chloricum. Cactus grand.)
Belladonna. A smooth variety of scarlet fever. Vomiting and brain symptoms. Screams. Wild wandering look. Red face. Red, swollen throat. The tongue is covered with elevated papillae. Bright pink, smooth rash. The tongue is like a strawberry (Lachesis).
Throbbing headache. The face is red. Heat. Rave. The throat is bright red. The pulse is full and racing. The rash is smooth, bright red. The rash with scarlet fever is smooth, dark red millet. Beating of the carotid arteries. Red eyes. Drowsiness interrupted by shuddering and screaming.
Twitching of individual muscles. Brad with screams. Violent vomiting (Ipecacuanha). Bright red tonsils. The tongue has the appearance of a strawberry. The patient cries out in his sleep and grinds his teeth.
Hyoscyamus. Miliary rash dark red. It is rather meager due to the fact that it is somewhat hidden inside. Crying out in sleep and stupor.
Stramonium. The face is very red. The skin is very dry and hot.
Ailanthus. Throat swollen. Nose is stuffed. The rash is dark in color with dark bluish spots. The patient is sleepy. Stupor (stupor). A rash that is dark red or bluish in color with petechiae (small bruises).
Baptisia tinctoria. Diphtheria and scarlet fever. Severe loss of strength. The face is dark red with a meaningless look. Fetid discharge from mouth and nose.
