Belladonna: high fever, sweating, redness of the face and great thirst; radiates heat, pupils dilated; worse from noise, light, shock. Depressed state. Sudden onset, face red, purple; the skin burns, radiates heat, like a stove; restlessness, with risk of convulsions.

Ferrum phosphoricum: fever with hot face, alternately red and pale; worse at night and morning; night anxiety with insomnia; exhausting sweating at night; tendency to bleed; little or no thirst.

Gelsemium: fever with depression, no thirst; face red and burning, trembling, chills; oblivion during fever.

Bryonia: dry mouth, great thirst for large quantities of fluids; apathy with desire for silence and stillness.

Rhus tox.: high fever with great restlessness (ameliorated by motion), desire for cold milk, tongue as if fried, red at the tip.

Muriaticum acidum: face red, tongue dry, lips dry and cracked (together with Arum triphyllum); moans; better from warmth.

Mercurius solubilis: Fever with greasy sweat, worse at night, which does not relieve, tongue dark; worse at night from warmth of bed and from cold.

Many other homeopathic remedies can be helpful in a febrile child. Their appointment must be made by a homeopathic doctor.

Heatstroke

A heavily wrapped child who has been in a hot room or in the heat in the absence of drinks can give a separate hyperthermia, potentially very dangerous.

The best treatment for it is a cooling bath or a cool wrap, which should be taken as soon as possible. At the same time, you need to give the child several times, a small amount of a cool drink, to prevent dehydration.

Silicea. Cough with offensive mucopurulent expectoration. Ulcers on the nasal mucosa secrete a bloody fluid. Dryness in the nose. Inflammation of the Eustachian tubes, with intolerable itching. Tonsils suppurate in rickety children.

Phellandrium aquaticum. Tuberculosis with offensive sputum.

Capsicum. Bronchitis with offensive breath. The sputum is not expectorated.

Phosphorus. Bronchitis in tall, stooping, thin people with sunken chest. Cough appears when warm weather changes to cold. Dry, tickling cough from irritation of the larynx, with trembling of the body. Bursting pain in head (Bryonia). The lungs seem to be constricted in the upper third.
