Крайняя жажда с желанием холодной воды

Холодные: Acon, Eup-per, Phos, Calc, Verat.

Холодные и сердитые: Cham, Nux-v, Coloc, Hep.

Горячие: Nat-m, Bry, Sulph, Merc-sol, Tub.

Не хочет ничего пить: Puls, Apis, Bry.

Желание пить воду частыми глотками: «Холодные»: Ars, Ant-t, Nat-ar, Coloc, China. «Горячие»: Puls, Sulph.

Желание тёплых или горячих напитков: Lyc, Casc, Eup-per. (у Eup-per есть жажда как ледяных, так и тёплых напитков).

Тошнота, сопровождаемая лихорадкой – прежде всего следует думать о Nat-m. Дифференциальный диагноз проводится со следующими лекарствами: Ip, Ars, Eup-per, Phos, Bry, Sep.

Тяжёлая рвота, сопровождающая главные жалобы: Nat-m, Eup-per, Ant-t, Ip, Verat, Cocc, Сina, Сham, Lyc, Ars, Ferr.

Лихорадка с головной болью в макушке: следует исключить Graphites.

Пациенты, то сбрасывающие одеяло, то укутывающиеся в него снова, с чередующимися потением и слабостью, но психически сильные, принадлежат к типу Camphorа.

Дети, настаивающие на том, чтобы идти в школу или, чтобы продолжать учиться и делать домашние задания при высокой температуре, что обычно для них несвойственно, должны получить одно из лекарств для «славных мальчиков», например, Aur-i, Aur, Sil, Ign, Staph или Lyc (при соответствующих общих симптомах и температурных характеристиках).

Дети, которые дружелюбно ведут себя с врачом, но впадают в панику при желании обследовать их или даже просто прикоснуться — Acon, Thuj, Stram, Lyc, Ars, Ambr, Bar-c, Ip, Ant-t, Arg-n.

Некоторые препараты могут как иметь, так и не иметь жажду, например, Ars, Ant-t, Chin, Puls, Apis, Bell, Sil.

С жаждой в хронических состояниях и без жажды в острых: Cina, Kali-c, Lach, Bry, Sulph, Tarent, Bell, Bar-c.

Без жажды в хронических и с жаждой в острых: Ip, Apis, Puls (глотками), Ant-t (глотками), Chin

Если пациент не любит, когда ему задают (особенно его жена) вопросы о том, как он себя чувствует, что бы он хотел съесть или выпить, принял ли он сегодня свои лекарства, или эти вопросы повторяются два раза, на что он реагирует молчанием или нахмуренными бровями, то следует думать о следующих лекарствах: «Холодные»: Nux-v, Ph-ac, Arn, Ars, Coloc. «Горячие»: Puls, Nat-m.

Все препараты калия и силикаты – беспокойство исчезает во время лихорадки или другой болезни (кроме Kali-c – тревожность).

Kali-ars вместе с другими препаратами калия (кроме Kali-c) имеют беспокойство о здоровье, но беспокойство исчезает во время лихорадки или другой болезни.

Lyc., Nit-ac., Sil. имеют беспокойство о своём здоровье, исчезающее во время лихорадки. Пациенты Bar-с, Bar-s, Cina, Tub, Ip не имеют почти никакого беспокойства о своём здоровье, но огромное беспокойство во время лихорадки.

Препараты натрия – пациенты мало беспокоятся о здоровье как в нормальном состоянии, так и во время болезни, а также имеют отвращение к утешениям. Arg-n – беспокойство в целом, но нет беспокойства о здоровье или страха лихорадки. Тихое беспокойство о здоровье (при этом пациент выглядит безразличным) — Sep

Имеют жажду

Большинство углеродистых веществ и карбонатов имеют жажду. Углеродистые вещества: Carb-v, Carb-an, Carbn-s, Carb-ac, Graph, Kreos, Petr.

Карбонаты: Calc-c, Kali-c, Mag-c, Nat-c, Am-c.  Большинство полихрестов с жаждой: Sulph, Nat-m, Phos, Ars, Chin, Op, Sil, Verat, Stram, Sec, Rhus-t.

Большинство «сердитых» лекарств с жаждой – Nux-v, Coloс, Нep, Cham, Acon. Большинство препаратов бария имеют жажду – Bar-c, Bar-m, Bar-i. Большинство препаратов кальция имеют жажду, за исключением Calc-p, который может не иметь жажды

Большинство препаратов ртути имеют жажду, за исключением Merc-c и Merc-i-r, которые могут не иметь жажды. Большинство препаратов калия имеют жажду, за исключением Кali-c и Kali-p.

Большинство препаратов натрия имеют жажду. Большинство препаратов магния имеют жажду, но в меньше степени, чем препараты натрия. Все препараты змей имеют жажду.  Большинство препаратов из пауков имеют жажду, за исключением Tarent, которая может быть без жажды.

Не имеют жажды

Большинство металлов не имеют жажды, за исключением Cup-m и Plb. Большинство кислот не имеют жажды, но хотят соков и освежающих напитков. Полихресты не имеют жажды — Lyc, Puls, Am-m, Chin, Gels, Sep, Apis, Ant-t, Nux-m, Tarent, Kali-c.  Tarent, Kali-c и Chin могут как иметь, так и не иметь жажды

Extreme thirst with desire for cold water

Cold: Acon, Eupper, Phos, Calc, Verat.
Cold and angry: Cham, Nux-v, Coloc, Hep.
Hot: Nat-m, Bry, Sulph, Merc-sol, Tub.
Will not drink anything: Puls, Apis, Bry.
Desire to drink water in frequent sips: «Cold»: Ars, Ant-t, Nat-ar, Coloc, China. «Hot»: Puls, Sulph. Desire for warm or hot drinks: Lyc, Casc, Eup-per. (Eup-per has a craving for both icy and warm drinks).
Nausea accompanied by fever — Nat-m should be thought first of all. The differential diagnosis is made with the following remedies: Ip, Ars, Eup-per, Phos, Bry, Sep Severe vomiting accompanying chief complaints: Nat-m, Eup-per, Ant-t, Ip, Verat, Cocc, Cina, Cham, Lyc, Ars, Ferr.
Fever with vertex headache: Graphites should be excluded Patients who alternately throw off the blanket, then wrap themselves in it again, with alternating sweat and weakness, but mentally strong, belong to the Camphor type.
Children who insist on going to school or continuing to study and do homework in a high temperature, which is not usually the case for them, should receive one of the «good boy» medicines, such as Aur-i, Aur, Sil, Ign, Staph, or Lyc (with relevant general symptoms and temperature characteristics).
Children who are friendly to the doctor, but panic at the desire to examine them or even just touch them — Acon, Thuj, Stram, Lyc, Ars, Ambr, Bar-c, Ip, Ant-t, Arg-n. Some remedies may or may not be thirsty, eg Ars, Ant-t, Chin, Puls, Apis, Bell, Sil. With thirst in chronic conditions and without thirst in acute ones: Cina, Kali-c, Lach, Bry, Sulph, Tarent, Bell, Bar-c.
Without thirst in chronic and with thirst in acute: Ip, Apis, Puls (sips), Ant-t (sips), Chin If the patient does not like to be asked (especially his wife) questions about how he feels, what he would like to eat or drink, whether he took his medication today, or these questions are repeated twice, to which he reacts with silence or with furrowed brows, one should think of the following remedies: «Cold»: Nux-v, Ph-ac, Arn, Ars, Coloc. «Hot»: Puls, Nat-m. All potassium preparations and silicates — anxiety disappears during fever or other illness (except Kali-c — anxiety).
Kali-ars along with other potassium preparations (except Kali-c) have health anxiety, but the anxiety disappears during fever or other illness. Lyc., Nit-ac., Sil. have anxiety about their health, disappearing during a fever.
Patients Bar-c, Bar-s, Cina, Tub, Ip have almost no anxiety about their health, but great anxiety during fever. Sodium preparations — Patients have little concern for health both in the normal state and during illness, and also have an aversion to consolations. Arg-n — anxiety in general, but no anxiety about health or fear of fever. Quiet concern about health (while the patient appears indifferent) — Sep.

Have a thirst

Most carbonaceous substances and carbonates have a thirst. Carbohydrates: Carb-v, Carb-an, Carbn-s, Carb-ac, Graph, Kreos, Petr.
Carbonates: Calc-c, Kali-c, Mag-c, Nat-c, Am-c. Most thirsty polychrests: Sulph, Nat-m, Phos, Ars, Chin, Op, Sil, Verat, Stram, Sec, Rhus-t. Most of the «angry» thirsty remedies are Nux-v, Coloc, Hep, Cham, Acon.
Most barium preparations are thirsty — Bar-c, Bar-m, Bar-i. Most calcium preparations are thirsty, with the exception of Calc-p, which may not be thirsty. Most mercury preparations are thirsty, with the exception of Merc-c and Merc-ir, which may not be thirsty.
Most potassium preparations are thirsty except for Kali-c and Kali-p. Most sodium preparations are thirsty. Most magnesium preparations are thirsty, but to a lesser degree than sodium preparations. All snake preparations have a thirst. Most spider remedies are thirsty, with the exception of Tarent, which may be thirstless.

Have no thirst

Most metals have no thirst, with the exception of Cup-m and Plb. Most acids are not thirsty but want juices and refreshing drinks. Polychrests have no thirst — Lyc, Puls, Am-m, Chin, Gels, Sep, Apis, Ant-t, Nux-m, Tarent, Kali-c. Tarent, Kali-c and Chin may or may not be thirsty.
